From Padre 14th May 2011

This is to inform you that Wendy/Big End has finally lost her brave fight with Pancreatic Cancer.
She died, peacefully, Saturday morning, being well looked after to the end, in St. Gemmas Hospice.

Thank you to all who made the last year and a bit easier to bear.
More details later when I know what is happening.

Padre

From Incredible Hulk 5th November 2010

Dear Madam Editor,
I wish to make a profound complaint regarding the disgusting service provided by your so called scribes. Every day I sit and wait to be entertained by the exploits of the esteemed Riviera Hash House Harriers, and look with dwindling hope at the listing of available run reports.

My heart is sinking beyond recovery, not a dicky bird from the Corsica reports, much like last years PorkyRolls lack of reporting.

The standards of behaviour of the so-called "scribes" is becoming intolerable. I look forward to the return of capital punishment in the circle for such heinous crimes!!!!!

Totally Disgusted of Hungary

Where have all our run reports disappeared to?Padre 22nd October 2007

We used to have a report for every run until about 18 months ago and then they started hiding away somewhere.
Do the committee have any plans to redress this serious lapse of Hash etiquette?

From Sneaky B and Jingle Balls 17th October 2007

Dear Party Hashers,

Sneaky Bastard and Jingle Balls would like to say a big thankyou to everyone who donated so generously to our wonderful birthday present. We had a marvellous time last Saturday and hope you did too - thanks so much for coming inspite of the other obvious attraction.

Look forward to seeing you at the next Hash

From Big End & Padre Friday 28th September 2007

HHHi,

Big End and Padre would like to thank all those that made the Poquerolle weekend such an enjoyable experience. Especially those who traveled long distances and put themselves out.
Some of the memories will live with us for ever, or at least until the next one.

A lot of effort was expended by a team of behind the scenes hashers, not just us, and without their assistance the weekend would not have been possible.

Thank you everyone,
A big kiss to you all.

Hares go to a lot of time and trouble to set trails and organise on-ons. Please remember this before you start whingeing. If you have a genuine gripe, bring it up with everyone, don't make snide comments!
